• We will pack and ship out your order within 3 days upon receiving an order confirmation

• Expect 2 weeks to make and process made to order items

• (For local customers in Singapore:)
  Then expect 2~3 more working days for your order to arrive
• (For international/overseas customers:)
  Then expect 3~14 more working days for your order to arrive

• We ship worldwide! 
• All orders come with a free drawstring pouch to store your item:)

 Q. What if I need to return, exchange or cancel my order?

• Firstly!  Drop us a DM or email us at peachierstudios@gmail.com
• We do accept a refund or exchange if items are unworn and returned in the condition received, within 14 days from the fulfilled date
• If you wish to exchange sizes, you can return your items within 14 days
• Afterwards, we can mail the new size to you at a discounted shipping rate
• **Do note that sizing options are already limited and not all products offer multiple sizes!
• Unfortunately, face masks are not eligible for a return for hygiene purposes
• Any returned items will have to be approved first (we will get back to you!)
• We do not accept order cancellations, but do let us know if there is a problem with your order:)

Q. Want to customize?

• We currently do not offer customization for any of our items, including jewelry items

Q. How should I care for my item? (See also in product pages)

For cotton/linen fabrics (Clothing pieces, Hats, Accessories)

• Hand wash cold and hang to dry
• Iron/ Steam in medium heat

For crochet pieces (Hats, etc)

• Hand wash cold and lay flat to dry
• Do not iron directly on crochet parts

For face masks

• Machine wash hot in mesh laundry bags
• OR Hand wash in warm, soapy water to eradicate the microbes on the mask
• Tumble dry low or hang dry
• Iron/ Steam in medium heat 

For jewelry/beaded accessories

• Avoid contact with alcohol at risk of dissolving the polymer clay
• Avoid pulling/tugging with force 
• Keep out of heat/extended periods of direct sunlight as the varnish may melt
• Light buffing/brushing on the clay parts to clean
• Avoid contact with water 

Q. What sizes do you offer?

• We typically only one sizing, due to our small production and because most of our items are one-off pieces. Any special/particular sizes we have are indicated with each product
• We offer 3 sizes for our hats, but most of our hats typically come in one size that fits most adults. (sizing differs for some hat style!)

*To get the best fit, measure your head circumference using a measuring tape and stick your finger under the tape so that you give room!

• For our fabric masks, we also offer various sizing

• We are based in Singapore!

• We currently source for our materials locally
